We provide information about and allow you to request residential electrical services in North Carolina. Quotes provided via the Site are estimates only and are subject to on-site assessment and a written contract.

  • Refrain from any activity that could harm the Service or its users (see Section 5).

5. Prohibited Actions & Termination

Termination Clause (incorporated verbatim):

“We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, if you engage in any of the following prohibited actions: violating these Terms, providing false information, using the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes, attempting unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the functionality or security of the Service, harassing other users or our team, engaging in fraudulent activity, violating intellectual property rights, or introducing malicious code. At our sole discretion, we may require you to submit disputes to confidential, binding arbitration in Forsyth County, NC, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Either party may seek interim relief in court to protect intellectual-property rights.

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
